WHEREAS, the Public Works Department advertised for bids for the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Payne & Dolan in
the amount of $18.80/Ton for Bituminous Concrete, Grade #1 Base
Course, and $.90/Gallon for Tack Coat.
Course, $19.72/Ton for Bituminous Concrete, Grade #3 Surface
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and/or payment
securities of $30,000 each may be submitted in the form of bonds.
