AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, in
accordance with Chapter 1.06(3)(c) of the Municipal Code, and
upon the recommendation of Finance Committee and review by the
Police Chief and Municipal Judge, does hereby approve the
April 12, 1994.
following amendments to the Deposit 6 Forfeiture Schedule adopted
CHAPTER 20 - PUBLIC WATERS AND BEACHES
20.08 SKIN DIVING - ESCORT BOAT $ 50.00
(The above is a correction requested by the Police Department.
Resolution #13-94 (adopted 4/12/94) amended the deposit 6
forfeiture amount for this item from $25 to $30. The amount
should be $50.)
