PARKVIEW ESTATES - TOWN OF WATERFORD
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Parkview Estates, a 21-lot
subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 2 in the Town of
Waterford, was submitted on April 20, 1994; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Parkview Estates, a
Waterford.
21-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 2 in the Town of
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
