APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY HABITATION OF TRAILER

WHEREAS, an application for Permit for Temporary Habitation of a
Trailer has been received from Dale Kreil for his property
located at S83 W20411 Janesville Road; and
WHEREAS, the $25.00 inspection fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby grant the request of Dale Kreil to occupy
a trailer from March 23, 1994 to July 23, 1994 on the property
located at S83 W20411 Janesville Road subject to approval by the
to all the conditions that were placed by the Plan Commission at
time of Building, Site and Operation approval.
