RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Norgal, Lyman, and Chrapla
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 3,
1994 to finalize a division of two parcels and two outlots for
Alvin Norgal, Sandra Lyman, and Stephen and Janice Chrapla in
the NE 1/4 of Section 9 and the SE 1/4 of Section 4; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Common Council had
previously approved the Certified Survey Map in February of
1994, however, it was not recorded within 30 days of Plan
Commission approval; and
WHEREAS., the Plan Commission has recommended re-approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby re-approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
division of two parcels and two outlots for Alvin Norgal, Sandra
Lvman, and Stephen and Janice Chrapla in the NE 1/4 of Section 9 0 aid the SE 1/4-of Section 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
