APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT OF SALE

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to Contract
of Sale, as amended, for Lloyd and Sally Hamm to change the
closing date from April 30, 1994 to June 30, 1994 and to extend
date for waiver of contingencies to May 4, 1994.
