CCR1994089AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION R89-94 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR AND THE SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MUNICIPAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO OF MUSKEGO, INC. WHEREAS, the Muskego Senior Citizens Housing Development Corporation of Muskego, Inc., a Washington, D.C. non-stock, non-profit corporation, has petitioned the City to amend the housing development; and zoning map of the City of Muskego for a proposed senior citizens WHEREAS, the City of Muskego and the Muskego Senior Citizens Housing Development Corporation of Muskego, Inc. are both desirous of entering into an Agreement to pay for the municipal services associated with said development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Municipal Services Between the City of Muskego and the Senior Committee, does hereby approve the attached Agreement to Pay for Citizens Housing Development Corporation of Muskego, Inc.
