RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Electrical Code Permit and Penalty Fees)
WHEREAS, Chapter 15, Sections 15.15(1), 15.15(2) and 15.15(3) of
the Municipal Code, provides that various electrical code permit
and penalty fees be as from time to time established by Resolution
of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the fees for
Electrical Permits listed on Table #3, as attached, be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council Of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby establish electrical code permit and penalty fees as listed
Ordinance #836.
on Table #3, as attached, effective upon passage and publication of
DATED THIS 12TH DAY OF APRIL , 1994.
