RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Building Code Permit and Penalty Fees)
(Required Uniform House Numbers)
WHEREAS, Chapter 30, Sections 30.05(8), 30.09(l)(f), and 30.50 of
penalty fees be as from time to time established by Resolution of
the Municipal Code, provides that various building code permit and
the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 8, Section 8.03(9)(c) of the Municipal Code
provides that the fee for required uniform house numbers be as from
time to time established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the fees for
Building Permits listed on Table #1, as attached, be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
uniform house numbers as listed on Table #1, as attached, effective
hereby establish building code permit and penalty fees and fee for
upon passage and publication of Ordinances #E35 and #838.
