RESOLUTION #82-94
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
(Bay Lane Fencing Project)
WHEREAS, the City Parks Director is requesting the City to
participate in funding of a sideline fencing project at the Bay
Lane School baseball fields; and
WHEREAS, the entire project is estimated to cost $13,000 with the
City being requested to fund $3,000; and
WHEREAS, Finance Committee has recommended that the City's
payment be funded from the 1994 Parks Dedication budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize to participate in funding a
portion of the sideline fencing project at Bay Lane School
baseball fields in the amount of $3,000 to be taken from Park
Dedication Funds.
