APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 25, 1994
Krueger property on Racine Avenue and DeBack Drive in the SE 1/4
to finalize a two-parcel division of the Daniel and Sherry
of Section 29; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
resolution of technical discrepancies identified by City Assessor
and Engineers, and has granted a variance of lot size requirement
to Lot 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
1 two-parcel division of the Daniel and Sherry Krueger property on
