ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Lake Forest Single Family Phase I Subdivision
(Sewer and Water)
WHEREAS, Section I C. and D. of the approved Subdivider's
Agreement dated February 5, 1991 for Lake Forest Single Family
water improvements as required in the Agreement and dedicate the
Phase I Subdivision requires the developer to complete sewer and
same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedications if said
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and other
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
acceptance of the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of sewer and water
in accordance with the Subdivider's Agreement dated February 5,
1991 for Lake Forest Single Family Phase I Subdivision.
