RESOLUTION #76-94
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Plum Creek Subdivision
(Sewer and Water)
WHEREAS, Section I C. and D. of the approved Subdivider's
Agreement dated December 22, 1992 for Plum Creek Subdivision
requires the developer to complete sewer and water improvements
as required in the Agreement and dedicate the same to the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedications if said
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and other
applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
acceptance of the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of sewer and water
in accordance with the Subdivider's Agreement dated December 22,
1992 for Plum Creek Subdivision.
