RESOLUTION #68-94
RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL
TO REPRESENT THE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
authorized the Mayor and Clerk to commence legal action
necessary to contest the decision of the Board of Appeals,
Appeal #6-94; and
WHEREAS, said legal action must be commenced within certain time
constraints; and
WHEREAS, as an acting body of the City, the Board of Appeals
must be provided special legal counsel to represent the Board in
this litigation.
City of Muskego authorizes the Mayor to retain special counsel
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
for the Board of Appeals to represent the Board in litigation
with regard to Appeal #6-94.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is further authorized to
hire special counsel at his discretion due to the timeliness of
the matter.
