CONTESTING THE ACTION OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
AUTHORIZATION TO COMMENCE LITIGATION
BOARD OF APPEALS, APPEAL #6-94
WHEREAS, Matthew G. Sadowski, Director of Planning & Zoning and
the Muskego Plan Commission wish to contest the action taken by
the Board of Appeals for the City of Muskego in Appeal #6-94;
and
WHEREAS, said action of the Board of Appeals was contrary to the
Muskego Plan Commission; and
recommendation of Matthew G. Sadowski and the decision of the
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes to contest said Board of
Appeals decision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to work with the City Attorney to commence legal
