RESOLUTION #63-94 -. ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR NEW POLICE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for a new utility
type vehicle approved in the 1994 budget process for the Police
Department:
Holz Chevrolet
Ewald Jeep
$14,500 (including trade-in)
Hiller Ford
16,666 (including trade-in)
17,666 (including trade-in)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote
of $19,300 less trade-in of 1988 Blazer of $4,800) for the
submitted by Holz Chevrolet for a net cost of $14,500 (gross cost
purchase of a new 1994 Blazer S-10 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the quote of Holz Chevrolet for a
new 1994 Blazer at a net price of $14,500.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police is hereby
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the name
of the City.
