RESOLUTION #57-94
RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
Glockner
WHEREAS, John Glockner has requested renewal of his Extractive
Permit for continued operation of sand and gravel extraction at
his present operation located at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has deferred action on this matter
until their June 21, 1994 meeting to allow the site to be brought
into compliance per the minutes of the March 1 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the sand and gravel extractive permit was granted to Mr.
Glockner for the period through the first Common Council meeting
in March of 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the renewal of the permit to
John Glockner for continued operation of sand and gravel
extraction at his present operation located at S71 W13219 Tess
Corners Drive until the June 28, 1994 Common Council meeting, at
which time approval of the Council will be required for this
operation to continue.
