CCR1994051COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #51-94 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDED CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 WHEREAS, federal monies are available as part of the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the State of Wisconsin for the purposes of community development; and without a recommendation; and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed and sent to Council WHEREAS, HUD and the State of Wisconsin have changed certain provisions concerning citizen participation plans; and Muskego Common Council on January 9, 1990, must be amended to WHEREAS, the Citizen Participation Plan adopted by the City of with regard to the CDBG application process and the establishment meet current standards that address local residents' concerns of community development priorities in the City.
