AND SEWRPC FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE REGARDING
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WISCONSIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION
FOR COWTOWN, INC.
WHEREAS, Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission
preparation of a Wisconsin Community Development Block Grant
(SEWRPC) will offer assistance to the City of Muskego in the
(CDBG) application and an attendant environmental review record
for the proposed "Cowtown, Inc." development; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement and
has sent it to Council without a recommendation;
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement between the City of Muskego and
SEWRPC outlines the assistance that SEWRPC will provide to the
City, with the City's cost of $4,000 being the ultimate
responsiblity of the Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the attached Agreement
between the City of Muskego and SEWRPC for assistance in the
preparation of a (CDBG) application and environmental review
record.

0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
