RESOLUTION #41-94
ACCEPTANCE OF LAND
Freedom Square Tennis Courts
WHEREAS, the Freedom Square Tennis Courts, identified as Tax Key
Number 2198.984.003, have been offered to the City by the Freedom
Square Condominium Association, the present lesee; and
WHEREAS, the City is willing to accept the transfer of title to
the tennis courts from the Association at no cost to the City
provided title is in a form acceptable to the City pending proper
transfer of title to the Association; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board and the Finance Committee
have recommended acceptance of the property with all reasonable
costs associated with the transfer to be paid by the City through
Park Dedication Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the acceptance of the Freedom
Square Tennis Courts subject to title being free and clear of all
encumbrances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney will work with the
coordinate and prepare all necessary legal documents associated
