APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on January I, 1994
to finalize a two-parcel division of property in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park on Saturn, Mercury, and Enterprise
Drives in the SW 1/4 of Section 16; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has not recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to
finalize a two-parcel division of property in the Muskego
Drives in the SW 1/4 of Section 16.
Business/Industrial Park on Saturn, Mercury, and Enterprise
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if approved, approval is subject to
receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
