REAPPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Golden Meadows at Lake Tichigan Addition #2
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was submitted on May 21, 1993 for Golden
Meadows at Lake Tichigan Addition #2 Subdivision to create a
50-lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 1 in the Town of
Waterford; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Common Council approved the
final plat in June of 1993; and
WHEREAS, the final plat was not recorded within the six-month
period following approval; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended reapproval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
@ does hereby reapprove the Final Plat for Golden Meadows at Lake City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Tichigan Addition #2 Subdivision to create a 50-lot subdivision
subject to approval of the City Engineer and all objecting and
approving agencies, and receipt of all fees as provided in
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
