AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #285-93
ACCEPTANCE OF BIG MUSKEGO LAKE DAM
WHEREAS, Resolution #285-93 adopted December 28, 1993 by the
Common Council of the City of Muskego approved acceptance of the
Big Muskego Lake Dam contingent upon minor repairs being
completed and title being free and clear of all encumbrances and
in a condition satisfactory to the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, all other conditions of Resolution #285-93 have been
met: and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined that the minor
repairs do not need to be completed and recommends approval of
the Big Muskego Lake Dam; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney is in the process of doing the title
search.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Muskego Lake Dam contingent upon title being free and clear of
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to accept the Big
all encumbrances and in a condition satisfactory to the City
Attorney, but not requiring minor repairs to be completed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign any documents necessary to complete the transfer.
