RESOLUTION #24-94
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Meadow Green, Meadow Green West, and
Meadow Green West Additions #1 and #2
(Sewer and Water)
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the approved Subdivider's Agreement dated
July 28, 1986 for Meadow Green requires the developer to complete
sewer and water improvements as required in the Agreement and
dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the approved Subdivider's Agreement dated
November 25, 1988 for Meadow Green West requires the developer to
complete sewer and water improvements required in the Agreement
and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the approved Subdivider's Agreement dated
June 27, 1990 for Meadow Green West Addition #1 requires the
developer to complet'e sewer and water improvements required in
the Agreement and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the approved Subdivider's Agreement dated
June 4, 1991 for Meadow Green West Addition #2 requires the
developer to complete sewer and water improvements required in
the Agreement and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedications if said
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and other
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of sewer and water
for Meadow Green, the Subdivider's Agreement dated November 25,
in accordance with the Subdivider's Agreement dated July 28, 1986
1988 for Meadow Green West, the Subdivider's Agreement dated June
27, 1990 for Meadow Green West Addition #1, and the Subdivider's
Agreement dated June 4, 1991 for Meadow Green West Addition #2.
