RESOLUTION #21-94
FOR BID FOR REPLACEMENT OF VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE UNITS
AUTHORIZE CITY ENGINEERS TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECS
AND CONTROLS (McShane Road Lift Station)
WHEREAS, the McShane Road Lift Station requires the replacement
of three 150 H.P. variable frequency drive units and associated
controls; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the execution of a separate
engineering agreement with City Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, is
not necessary as this project can be completed under the existing
contract with Ruekert & Mielke.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby direct the City Engineers to prepare the
plans and specs for bids for the replacement of variable
frequency drive units and associated controls.
