RESOLUTION #14-94
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Country Brook Subdivision Phases I and I1
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the accepted Subdivider's Agreements
dated November 11, 1991 and April 20, 1992, respectively,
requires the developer to complete the improvements required in
the Agreement and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and other
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of all roads and
streets, storm and surface water drainage facilities, water
facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, and street trees,
including any and all land, buildings, structures, mains,
conduits, pipe lines, plant, machinery, equipment, appurtenances
and hereditament which may in any way be a part of or pertain to
such improvements and together with any and all necessary 0 easements for access thereto in accordance with the Subdivider's
Agreements dated November 11, 1991 and April 20, 1992.
