APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RLF APPLICATION NAME
Kids Kampus South, Inc./Sue Krienitz
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is a participant in the Revolving
Loan Fund (RLF) Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego approved the
loan application submitted by Kids Kampus South, Inc. in the
amount of $152,510 on December 14, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the RLF loan originally
approved for Kids Kampus South, Inc. be changed and approved for
Sue Krienitz/Kids Kampus South, Inc. to allow Ms. Krientiz to own
the real estate personally to reduce potential liability; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the applicant's request to
change the RLF loan in the amount of $152,510 from Kids Kampus
South, Inc. to Sue Krientiz/Kids Kampus South, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign any documents in the name of the City.
