WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the College Avenue/Shagbark
Lane Sewer Project and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Underground Pipeline in the
amount of $29,124.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from Underground .E ipeline in the amount of $29,124 for the College Avenue/Shagbark Lane
ewer Project contingent upon Mr. and Mrs. Hooper initialing Resolution
#2-94 agreeing to correct assessment amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
recommendation of the City Engineers.
