TO PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZE AN AMENDMENT
AGREEMENT REGARDING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS (CCV)
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1992, the City of Muskego and Country
Club Villages, Inc. executed a Petition for Improvements and
Agreement Regarding Special Assessments; and
WHEREAS, Country Club Villages, Inc. has proposed an amendment be
made to the original document to clarify language in the
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego authorizes a negotiation of an
amendment to Petition for Improvements and Agreement Regarding
equivalency connections required to be in Phase 1 of the first
Special Assessments reducing the number of residential
Village from 145 residential equivalency connections; and
WHEREAS, Quarles & Brady, bond counsel for the City, drafted the
Agreement Regarding Special Assessments"; and
original agreement entitled, "Petition for Improvements and
WHEREAS, all costs involved in drafting the Amendment shall be
the responsibility of Country Club Villages, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
city of Muskego, does hereby authorize the Mayor to negotiate an
amendment to the agreement referred to above reducing the number
of residential equivalency connections required in the first
phase of the first Village and has authorized the Mayor, in
consultation with Quarles & Brady, to draft such an amendment.
