APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Steven Decker for legal
lot status of land at W143 56932 Belmont Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal lot status to property of Steven Decker
located at W143 S6932 Belmont Drive.
