APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 24,
Hillendale Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 and the NE 1/4 of
1993 to finalize a one-parcel division of property on
Section 19; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
reconciliation of technical discrepancies as identified by the
City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
one-parcel division of property on Hillendale Drive in the SE 1/4
of Section 18 and the NE 1/4 of Section 19.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that northwestern one-third portion of
existing and abandoned landfills north of Janesville Road and may
"Parcel 1" is within 1,200 feet of the property lines of the
