RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
K.R.R. Property - Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 18, 1993
to finalize a two-parcel division of the K.R.R. property on
Long Lake Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 1 in the Town of
Norway; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Common Council had
previously approved the Certified Survey Map in July of 1993,
however, it was not recorded within 30 days of Plan Commission
approval; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended re-approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby re-approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the K.R.R. property on Long Lake Road in
the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
