RESOLUTION #268-93
REJECTION OF LANKE'S OFFER TO SELL PROPERTY
IN INDUSTRIAL PARK TO
CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Edward Lanke wishes to divide and sell his property
located on Mercury Drive in Muskego's Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the Rules and Regulations for Muskego's Industrial Park
state that the owner of property in the Park who wishes to sell
land shall first offer it to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this offer and
recommends rejecting the offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby reject Lanke's offer to sell property
located in Muskego's Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchaser's right to further
divide and sell said parcel is subject to all City of Muskego
land division ordinances, zoning, all other ordinances of the
said premises.
