De Angelis WHEREAS, legal lot Status of Lot 35 of Mill Valley Unrecorded as requested by Paul De Angelis, Sr. was approved in Resolution #132-93, with certain conditions, and WHEREAS, the conditions included obtaining approval from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the rezoning of the driveway off of Gold Drive out of the Floodplain by the Common Council, and WHEREAS, the DNR has no objections to the proposal, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Director of Planning, based on DNR and City Ordinance review, that rezoning subject driveway off Gold Drive out of the floodplain is not required at this time.
