upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve an Amendment to Contract of Sale
26, 1993 to December 29, 1993 and Contingencies A, C .s D waiver
for Kids Kampus, Inc. to change the closing date from September
dates from September 15, 1993 to December 29, 1993.
