SITING RESOLUTION
PROPOSED EXPANSION OF a METRO RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL FACILITY - CITY OF FRANKLIN
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been notified by applicant,
Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc., as to a proposed expansion
of a waste facility site in the City of Franklin; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been notified as to the right of
the City of Muskego to pass a siting resolution so that it may be
involved in negotiations and possible arbitration over said site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The name and location of the municipality is the City of
Muskego, located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, with its
principal offices being located at Muskego City Hall, W182
,58200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin 53150, (414)
679-4100.
2. As close as can be determined by the City of Muskego, the
applicant for said site is Waste Management of Wisconsin,
Inc., Metro Recycling and Disposal Facility, 10712 South 124
Street, Franklin, Wisconsin 53132.
3. That a map of the expansion site is provided by Waste
Management of Wisconsin, Inc. and is attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "1"; the landfill expansion
Wisconsin, Inc. will be situated on property owned or
site based on representations made by Waste Management of
controlled by Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. having the
controlled by Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. located in
following legal description: All property owned or

County, Wisconsin.
4. The City of Muskego does intend to negotiate and, if
necessary, arbitrate with the applicant concerning the
proposed facility.
5. The City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following one
member to the local committee; following the name of the
