AGREEMENT WITH LAKE DENOON ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATION
TO FUND LOCAL SHARE OF WATER QUALITY MONITORING BY USGS
WHEREAS, Resolution #114-91 determined the local share of water
quality monitoring by USGS for Lake Denoon for the period 1991 to
1996 was $3,081.25 or $513.54 per year; and
WHEREAS, the actual contract price with USGS will result in the
Lake Denoon Advancement Association payment for the local share
of the project costs to be $3,506.25 or $584.38 per year
commencing on October 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended amendment of the
Lake Denoon Advancement Association share of the project costs
from $3,081.25 to $3,506.25 over the six year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby amend the local share of the project costs
at the rate of $513.54 per year to $3,506.25 at the rate of
to be paid by Lake Denoon Advancement Association from $3,081.25
$584.38 per year commencing on October 1, 1991 and on the same
day each year until this total sum has been paid.
