RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DOG LICENSE FEES
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Chapter 13.01(4) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Muskego provides that local dog license fees may be established
by the Common Council by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County is implementing a Rabies Control
Program to begin January 1, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that fees for the
licensing of dogs in the City of Muskego be increased by $1 to
cover the cost of this Program; and
WHEREAS, the fees are established as follows:
Neutered or Spayed Dog $ 6.00
Intact Male or Female Dog 11.00
Kennels (First 12 Dogs) 41.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish the license fees for dogs as
to the implementation of the County-wide Rabies Control Program.
