RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DNR
FOR BOAT LAUNCH PROJECT AT IDLE ISLE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is in the process of completing a
grant application requesting assistance for the Idle Isle Boat
must be adopted by the Common Council formally requesting funds;
Launch Project, and as part of that application a Resolution
and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego hereby requests assistance for
purpose of developing recreational boating facilities, as
described in the application.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Muskego has budgeted
a sum sufficient to complete the project and hereby authorizes
Muskego to:
Peter Theis, Parks Director, to act on behalf of the City of
1. Submit an application to the Wisconsin Waterways Commission
for financial assistance;
2. Sign documents; and
3. Take necessary action to undertake, direct and complete the
approved project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego will comply with
attractive, inviting and safe manner; will keep the facilities
account work; will maintain the completed project in an
