APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Viking Manor Subdivision
Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Viking Manor Subdivision, a
29-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 in the Town of
Norway, was submitted on September 24, 1993; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Viking Manor
Subdivision, a 29-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 in
the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving 0 and objecting agencies.
