APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Waubeesee Lake Park Estates
Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was submitted on September 22, 1993 for
Waubeesee Lake Park Estates to create a six-lot subdivision in
the NE 1/4 of Section 18 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #97-93;
and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conimon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for Waubeesee Lake Park
Estates Subdivision to create a six-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4
of Section 18 in the Town of Norway subject to approval of the
City Engineer and all objecting and approving agencies, and
Division Ordinance.
