AMENDED AND RESTATED CITY OF MUSKEGO PENSION TRUST
APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #1 TO THE
WHEREAS, the City established the City of Muskego Pension Trust
(the "Trust") effective June 1, 1968; and
WHEREAS, the Plan was amended and restated in its entirety
effective June 1, 1988; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Plan, the City has the ability to
amend the Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the adoption of Amendment #1 to
the Amended and Restated City of Muskego Pension Trust, as
attached, effective January 1, 1993, with regard to changes in
the definitions of "Employee" and "Year of Service."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute all documents necessary to
implement the Amendment in the name of the City.

AMENDED AND RESTATED
AMENDMENT X1 TO THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO PENSION TRUST
established effective June 1, 1968 and amended and restated in
its entirety effective June 1, 1988, is hereby amended as
follows:
The City of Muskego Pension trust ("the Trust"),
Section 1.06 of the Plan shall be amended to read as follows:

Library Unit of Muskego Area Public
Employees Local 2414 Affiliated With the District
Council No. 40 of the American Federation of
State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO
and (2) any other person who is employed by the
week. The term "Employee" excludes individuals
Employer for not less than twenty (20) hours per
who work less than five (5) months per calendar
year, elected officials, and employees who are
covered by any other retirement plan sponsored by
the Employer, including the Wisconsin Retirement
Fund.
Section 1.06. "Employee" shall mean (1) any
