RESOLUTION #235-93
FOR BID FOR COLLEGE AVENUE/SHAGBARK/LENTINI SEWER PROJECT
AUTHORIZE CITY ENGINEERS TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECS
WHEREAS, the City has received a request to initiate a sewer
project at College Avenue, Shagbark Lane, and Lentini Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City is receptive to this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby direct the City Engineers to prepare
Avenue/Shagbark/Lentini Sewer Project.
the plans and specs for bids for the College
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineers are also directed
to create the legal description and map of the assessment
district for preparation of the preliminary assessment
resolution.
