RESOLUTION #232-93
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
College Square
WHEREAS, Section IX of the College Square Development
Group Subdivider's Agreement, dated March 21, 1991, requires the
developer to complete the improvements required in the Agreement
and dedicate the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
Developer's/Subdivider's Agreement and as required by applicable
improvements have been completed as required by the
City ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the
City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of all improvements
as listed in Section I11 of the Subdivider's Agreement dated
March 27, 1991.
