RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Chapters 14 and 17)
WHEREAS, Ordinance #812, amending Chapter 14 to add Section 8.2(5)
to the Municipal Code, provides that the fee for filing a petition
for an amendment to the official floodplain zoning map be as from
time to time established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance #813, amending Chapter 17 Sections 3.06(2) B.,
provides that the fees for various submittals which require Plan
3.07(3), 6.02(4) A., 6.07(3) A. and 6.12 of the Municipal Code,
Commission review be as from time to time established by Resolution
of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the fee amounts be
established by this Resolution as follows:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby
establish these fees upon passage and publication of Ordinances
#E12 and #813.
