AUTHORIZING SPECIAL CHARGES FOR CURRENT SERVICES FOR
GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego anticipates entering into a
contract for garbage and refuse collection and recycling service
to serve properties described in this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to impose a special charge
for these current services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, Wisconsin as follows:

The City shall cause weekly garbage and refuse
provided to the properties described below for the
collection and biweekly recycling service to be
calendar year 1994.
The cost of this current service shall be charged to
the properties served described below as follows:
$72.84 per residential unit.
All special charges shall be due and payable on or
before November 1, 1993 and any charge not paid when
due shall become a lien upon the property assessed as
of the date of the delinquency and shall be extended
on the 1993 tax roll as a delinquent tax against the
property.
The properties receiving this service and charges are:
all residential units including, but not limited to,
and residential units of a commercial property.

The 1994 charge for units receiving an Occupancy
Certificate after October 1, 1993 will be on a
pro-rata basis and will be due and payable prior to
issuance of an Occupancy Certificate. If not paid,
said charge will be placed on the 1994 tax bill as a
delinquent charge.
