APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT
(Parks Headquarters Building)
WHEREAS, Resolution #242-92 approved the renewal of the cleaning
service contract with Dan Plautz Cleaning Service for 1993 for
the City Hall/Library, City Garage, and Police Department
Buildings; and
WHEREAS, cleaning services are now required for the Parks
Headquarters Building; and
WHEREAS, Dan Plautz Cleaning Service has submitted the attached
quote for cleaning the offices at the Parks Headquarters
Building; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the proposed
contract amendment and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby amend the cleaning service contract with
Dan Plautz Cleaning Service through December 31, 1993 to include
an initial cleanup of $315 and cleaning service twice a week at a
cost of $200 per month thereafter of the Parks Headquarters
Building.
