AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENT FOR THE CITY
TO OBTAIN NECESSARY EASEMENTS FROM WEPCO
FOR FOXEORO NORTH
WHEREAS, the City needs to acquire an easement from Wisconsin
Electric Power Co. for two storm sewers for Foxboro North; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
WHEREAS, the Parks Director has been advised and is aware of the
project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of document
granting an easement to the City from Wisconsin Electric Power
Co. for two storm sewers for Foxboro North.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute said document in the name of the City.
