RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Signage and Knox Boxes)
WHEREAS, Chapter 32 Sections 32.02(15)(c) and 32.03(7)(d) of the
Municipal Code, provide that fees for required signage and knox
boxes be as from time to time established by Resolution of the
Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the fees listed
below be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby establish fees for required signage and knox boxes,
effective upon passage and publication of Ordinance #811.
