APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Belsha
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 25, 1993
to finalize a four-parcel division of the Belsha property on
Durham Drive and Hidden Creek Court in the NE 1/4 of Section 11;
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the installation of the skeletal storm sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
Hidden Creek Court in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 subject to the
four-parcel division of the Belsha property on Durham Drive and
installation of the skeletal storm sewer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
